Why should I book PicMe?
Choosing the right photo booth company is an important part of your event experience. At PicMe, we do not just provide a photo booth, we create an unforgettable experience tailored to you. Our team works closely with you (or your creative team) to design the best booth plan, making sure your guests have a blast from start to finish.
What is an open air booth?
Unlike traditional enclosed booths, our sleek and modern open air booth requires minimal space but allows for maximum fun. Larger groups can join in on the experience, and we can get creative with backdrops and layouts.
Will a staff member be at the event?
For most of our activations, an outgoing, fun photo booth attendant will be present for the entire event and is included in your service. If you need a bilingual staff member, please let us know ahead of time.
Our Social Booths are self-service, but we can provide an attendant for an additional charge if needed.
How and when do guests get their captures?
At the event, we will print a physical copy for your attendees, we can also share their captures instantly. Photos will also be available in an online gallery after your event. If you prefer your gallery to remain private, just let us know. Our photo booth attendant can also assist guests with accessing their captures.
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We also offer payment plans.
Set up, breakdown, and venue requirements
We typically need 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for breakdown. This time does not affect your rental hours. We require a 10 ft x 10 ft space, access to a standard 110W power outlet within 30 feet, and level ground for setup.
Early set up is available upon request, and we generally prefer to set up before guest arrival whenever possible.
While not required, having access to WiFi nearby is very helpful. It allows for faster sharing and a smoother guest experience..
Do you have business insurance?
Yes. We carry full business insurance, and proof of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request.
Do you offer discounts?
Here at PicMe, we love and appreciate the work our local non-profits do for our community. We offer a 10% non-profit discount.
